Frequently Asked Questions
Is my data safe?
Yes. tiqk is offline-first — all your data stays on your device. We never store, sync, or access your checklists, photos, or settings.
Do I need an account?
No. tiqk works entirely offline without an account, email, or password.
Can I export my data?
Yes. You can export all your checklists as a JSON file from Settings. You can also import a JSON file to restore your data.
How do I delete all my data?
Go to Settings → Data Controls → Delete All Data. This permanently removes all checklists, items, photos, and settings from your device.
What devices does tiqk work on?
tiqk is currently available on iOS. Android, macOS, and Apple Watch companion apps are coming soon.
How do I use Pilot Mode?
Open any checklist and tap the "Pilot Mode" button (airplane icon). This shows one item at a time, full-screen — perfect for focus and safety-critical routines.
How do location triggers work?
You can set a checklist to automatically open when you arrive at or leave a location. tiqk uses your device's location services — this data never leaves your phone.
Can I customize check sounds?
Yes. Go to Settings → Sound and choose from Silent, Pen on Paper, Mechanical, Soft Pop, or Wooden.
